If there are extenuating circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss your situation. Everyone’s time is valuable & these policies help ensure a smooth flow and efficiency in scheduling for everyone: ⏱️**Late Policy** - If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be skipped to accommodate others. In this case, your card on file will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost. ❎**Cancellation Policy** - Clients may cancel their appointments in app or by phone, up to 1 (ONE) hour before their scheduled service time at no charge. ⌚️**Late Cancellation** - Cancellations made less than 1 (ONE) hour before the scheduled service time will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost. ⛔️**No-Show Policy** - Appointments canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notification will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost. After 2 (TWO) No-Shows, your account may be blocked from online booking. 💳Please Note: - If a card on file cannot be charged, clients may lose access to online booking privileges. In such cases, you may be limited to walk-in availabilities or be asked to not return.
